CANDID is a small, Dubai-based gathering for agency leaders. When you request a seat or send us a message, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, company, role, preferred dinner and message. We use it to consider invitations, organise events and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Where information is stored

Our website is hosted by Vercel and event enquiries are stored in a protected Supabase database in the United Kingdom (London). Authorised organisers can access applications and contact messages. We may use an email delivery service to notify the organiser about new enquiries.

How long we keep it

We retain details only for as long as reasonably necessary to organise our gatherings, respond to enquiries and maintain the CANDID community. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your information.

For access, correction or deletion enquiries, use the contact form on our website. We'll respond to reasonable privacy requests.

This notice should be reviewed before a wider public launch as operations and service providers evolve.
